Our History

IMT Travel Services is a privately-owned company, all partners having been in the tourism industry for many years, where they each held key positions.

Since the establishment of the company as a Destination Management Company, we are deliberately specialized in upscale tourism to Greece and have vast experience in managing every aspect.

We have earned a celebrated reputation due to our dedication in providing innovative ideas, exceptional service and our inherent resourcefulness.

We know that staffing makes a world of difference between an acceptable operation and a smooth, problem-free full success. Proper staffing is the key to operational perfection and is a necessity to anticipate needs and handle emergencies.

Our staff is multilingual, has long experience in tourism and fulfils the highest standards and expectations in hospitality and travel business. IMT employs a professional full-time staff of 20 in the Head Office Athens. On a seasonal basis and project basis, we employ seasonal supplemental staff for additional program support and on-site management.

Our experienced team is our strongest component and partners with our clients from the very first step extending knowledge, strategy, expertise, personality, commitment.

IMT takes a customized approach from concept and design through flawless operation for every one of our clients. Research, Attention to Detail and Customer Service define our philosophy.

Research:
Our role as destination specialists is to suggest innovative, unusual, challenging, and yet feasible programs that never exceed the resources of our destination. All our new products and exclusive events are thoroughly rehearsed and tested before being finally operated.
Attention to Detail:
We like detail; not because we must, but because we are real people who care wholeheartedly about those who put their trust in us; so we make sure our scheduling is precise, that our monitoring is discreet but nevertheless continuous, and that our vast network of carefully selected collaborators and specialized service providers are always at our clients’ service.
Customer Service:
Customer service is a practiced art that takes time and effort to master. We take the time to switch roles with the customer. What would we want from our business if we were the client? How would we want to be treated?
